FOLM is based on the four phases of our cycle but it is not limited to those who don’t menstruate or those who have PCOS, endometriosis, or approaching/experiencing menopause. Each suggested class is aimed at supporting your body and meeting you where you’re at rather than putting your body through hormonal stress. It’s all about listening to your body and approaching the class in a way that supports your personal well-being throughout the month.
