At FOLM, we redefine women's fitness by aligning movement with the body's natural rhythms rather than forcing it into one-size-fits-all programs. Guided by The FOLM Method™—our hormone-informed approach to movement and strength—we create intentional movement experiences that support women through every hormonal phase of life, including the menstrual years, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and postmenopause.

Our twin sanctuaries, the Reformer Room and Weight Room, offer thoughtfully designed classes that encourage you to work with your body, not against it. Whether you're building strength, restoring balance, preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, or navigating hormonal shifts later in life, our programming adapts to meet you where you are. Our knowledgeable instructors listen first, coach second, and empower every woman to choose the movement and intensity that best supports her body that day.
